Our latest webinar entitled “Change Questions: Navigating Organizational Change,” featured insights from Dr. Lynn Kelley and John Shook. Grounded in the principles outlined in Kelley’s new book, Change Questions: A Playbook for Effective and Lasting Organizational Change, the webinar explored effective strategies for implementing and sustaining change within organizations. The book and webinar draw on Kelley’s experience effectively leading lean transformation at Textron and Union Pacific Railroad Company, providing real-world insight into change management.

Key highlights of the webinar include:

  • Approach to Change: Insightful discussions on the “Change Questions” methodology, offering a structured approach to managing organizational change.
  • Purpose and Engagement: The role of purpose in change initiatives and how it aligns with employee engagement and development.
  • Real-World Insights: Dr. Lynn Kelley’s experiences and perspectives from her book, providing a practical framework for change management.
  • Lean Transformation Framework: Discussion on how the “Change Questions” connect with LEI’s Lean Transformation Framework.
  • Practical Toolkit: The introduction of the Change Questions Digital Workbook, a valuable tool for leaders and participants in change efforts.

Watch the webinar recording for an in-depth exploration of these themes and learn how to apply these principles to drive effective and lasting organizational change.

Special note: The Change Questions Digital Workbook is available for free download at https://www.changequestions.net/workbook. Lynn Kelley will instruct a workshop on the Change Questions methodology at the Lean Summit in March 2024. Click here to learn more and register.
