Brent Wahba

Strategy & Transformation Executive, Start-Up Advisor

Brent Wahba is an innovation and transformation executive who teaches & leads strategy, product development, sales & marketing, supply chain, and operations advancement. Placing equal weight on value creation and efficiency improvement, his methodology focuses on helping organizations define, develop, and implement their own solutions rather than forcing a new set of tools onto an already struggling enterprise. He is currently the president of Strategy Science Inc., a New York-based consulting / coaching firm, gives pro-bono mentoring to startup and small businesses through SCORE, and is on the faculty of the Lean Enterprise Institute.

Brent began his career in research and development at Delphi and has gained a broad range of global managerial and technical experience leading large, complex global businesses, turnarounds, product & manufacturing engineering, technical sales & marketing, value stream improvement, supply chain optimization, manufacturing localization, program management, and strategic planning. He now uses this expertise to train, consult, and give talks in many industries including financial services, consumer products, software & information technology, healthcare & pharmaceutical, automotive, agriculture, materials, power generation, legal, and R&D. He holds a BS Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Rochester and an MS Materials Science & Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
